Dr. Fuller completed his general practice residency at OHSU and is a general dentist licensed to practice in Oregon. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the Oregon Dental Association, and he is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry. Prior to joining the Downtown Portland office in 2008, Dr. Fuller practiced at Gentle Dental Gresham for thirteen years. Outside of the office, Dr. Fuller likes to bundle up his backpack and discover the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest.

He also enjoys skiing, surfing, and golfing. Dr. Vaughan was born and raised on a ranch in Northeastern Oregon, outside of the town of Halfway. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife Cathy, and their two young sons Tobin & Connor.
