This very clean and quiet unit is in a central position, close to the river, creek, shops, and parks in beautiful Ballina.The unit has two queen size beds and a fold away double bed in the lounge, so can sleep six comfortably. The bedrooms, lounge, and dining room all have ceiling fans. The kitchen features all modern appliances and there is a barbecue under cover on the patio. The bathroom has a full size tub, shower, and separate toilet. The unit is in a quiet block of four on a very low traffic street. It is only a minutes walk to Kingsford Smith Park, and two minutes to North Creek, Richmond River, pool, water slides, and shops. The beach is just a five minute drive.Carol is sure you will enjoy every minute of the natural beauty and water activities available. backpack ucsdWe were booked in for a 20 person mixed dorm but the lovely man swapped us to an 8 bed female dorm for free because he was worried about the snoring men keeping us up haha.

12 min walk to metro and 20 min walk to embankment with beach and park 눉bathrooms not clean, location is far from station need to walk a round 25 to 30 min ... it is not convienent if weather is too hot or raining.눇it is cosy place .. nice to meet new people 눉Toilet - not the cleaniest, smelly, some showers has no hot water system, little bit too small , friendly and helpful Common area - cozy and encourage social activities, netflix movies 눉They don't have a lift and my 76-year old mom had to endure 3 flights of stairs. While I understand that it was a last-minute booking, but the room given to us has no aircon, just a fan yet the price is the same.눇I like its location and the neighborhood. The place is spotless and clean. since we arrived Christmas, they had a simple lunch get-together of guests 눇Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable environment at the lounge to chill after a hectic day. Feels good to be there.
